Delete your PLANLISH account

1. Sign in to PLANLISH.
2. Open Settings → Account.
3. Choose Delete account.
4. Complete the confirmation steps shown in the application.

Account deletion removes or schedules removal of the account data controlled by PLANLISH, subject to security backups, fraud prevention, billing records, and legal retention requirements.

Disconnect an external platform

Before deleting your account, you may disconnect individual social or content integrations from the application's account/integration settings. Disconnecting removes the stored connection and prevents future actions through that integration.

For additional assurance, you can also revoke PLANLISH from the connected platform's own security or application settings. Revocation paths are controlled by each platform and may change.

Request deletion without account access

If you cannot sign in, email support@planlish.com from the address associated with your account and include:

• The account email address.
• The organization name, if applicable.
• The integrations concerned.
• A brief explanation that you are requesting deletion.

We may request additional information to verify ownership and protect the account from unauthorized deletion.

What happens next

We will process verified requests within the period required by applicable law. Some records may be retained where required for legal obligations, payment reconciliation, security, fraud prevention, or dispute resolution. External platforms may retain content under their own policies; contact those providers for deletion from their systems.
